Chi Kung for beginners is a method of balancing your body to increase energy and improve overall good health and well being. Learn a series of very slow movements along with simple breathing exercises that can be done by anyone. Chi Kung's great appeal is that everyone can benefit, regardless of ability, age, belief system or life circumstances. Dr. Oz states: 'If you want to be healthy and live to be 100, practice Chi Kung; this exercise reverses the aging process.' This class is for beginners or a great refresher class to learn basic forms.
