PILATES SWEATSHOP with YOGA - Saturday

For a total of 1.5 hours, this class includes 60 minutes of non-stop integrated Pilates movement followed by 30 minutes of stretching and relaxation. The class lends itself to work with beginners while challenging the most advanced participants. Pilates Sweatshop enhances the teaching of Joseph H. Pilates by incorporating an element of strength training. The results provide greater core strength with a leaner appearance. Be prepared to work hard, feel better and look great!  Bring to class:  mat, water.
