Whether you’ve spent your day in the office or at home taking care of your family – this class is for you!  Train your heart and body efficiently with high/low step aerobics and strength and endurance exercise utilizing weights, bands, push-ups and core exercise.  Train your brain by learning skills and creating your own personal tool box to allow you to lead a healthy lifestyle no matter how busy your day is.  Bring to class: 3-8lb weights, mat.
