Chair yoga is a gentle and accessible type of yoga.  Students will practice adapted yoga postures, utilizing a chair for support while seated and standing.  Class work will focus on developing strength, balance and flexibility.  In addition, chair yoga participants may experience other health benefits of yoga, including improved breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep, and a sense of well being.  Bring to class:  mat and water.
