This class focuses on increasing muscular and cardiovascular endurance, range of movement, balance, and coordination.  Light weights and elastic bands with handles increases your muscle strength.  Non-impact aerobic movements set to music increases your heart strength. Stretch and yoga poses improve your balance and flexibility.  Modifications always offered.  Bring to class:  mat, light weights, water.
