« back to classes page

Crocheting is a wonderful way to make use of your time, to relieve stress and relax, and to make beautiful and useful items.  Learn all the basic stitches of crocheting, some simple stitch combinations such as circles and squares and especially how to read a pattern.  Learn about different types of yarns, needles and published patterns.  Then using the basic techniques you can create designer originals yourself.  Each person can choose their own project to complete.  Special help is given to left-handed students.  Men are welcomed.  Bring to class:  A crocheting hook and a ball of yarn.  Materials for the course will be available for purchase at the first meeting (optional).
