Croissants - we love them but at the same time think they are too hard to make. Wrong! The pastry has it's own unique characteristics; Kim will show you how to make this buttery, classic pastry in your own home. A demo will start off the class and everyone will make their own batch of pastry; then night two will include shaping and baking the dough you made the night before. Bring coffee or tea to go with the tasting of your croissants. Conversation about freezing croissants, baked or unbaked, will be included. Bring to class: apron, dish towel, paring knife and container to take dough home on night one and then another container to take home your baked croissants.
