Keep off that holiday weight gain and enjoy the simplistic scenery while hiking about 4 miles to train your heart. Weather permitting, there will be scenic stops to use elastic bands, yoga poses, and pushups to strengthen muscles, build core, and improve balance, or to rest and enjoy the view! If there’s early snow, snowshoes are welcome! Appropriate for everyone but must have stamina to complete the hike! Hiking schedule will be determined by the instructor. Bring water, poles, wear warm sweat wicking clothing.
