If it snows, we go! If there’s no snow, we hike! Enjoy the expansive winter landscape while training your heart, strengthening your core, and improving your balance too! Weather permitting, enjoy short scenic stops to use elastic bands and yoga poses or to rest and enjoy the view! We will spend most of the time snowshoeing about 3 miles. No experience necessary but must have the stamina to finish! Bring water, waterproof boots and clothing, snowshoes, poles.
