Come join us for two nights of exciting, authentic Italian style cooking in this hands-on cooking. You will fully participate in the preparation of homemade cuisine. The first night will feature Mussels in a Red Sauce, Manicotti with Traditional Gravy, Homemade Meatballs and Sausage. The meal will be complimented with a Specialty Salad creation and the grand finale will be Pignoli Cookies. Our second night you'll learn to prepare Rice Balls with a Homemade Sauce and Chicken Saltimbocca. Our dessert entree will be St. Joseph Pastries stuffed with homemade cannoli filling. Do not eat prior to class since you will eat and taste all food items that evening. Bring to class: apron, dishtowel, chopping knife and take home container.
