Have you ever heard of the saying, “Learning is not a spectator sport”? In the Physical Fitness Escape Room, you each take a role in helping your team escape. The class will include learning new motor skills, facts about the human anatomy, how to work as part of a team, and nutritional information. You will have the opportunity to learn about heart rates, health vs unhealthy foods, bones in the body and complex motor skills. At the end of the week you will use this information to escape the room. This is a fun interactive way to learn about overall human health while staying physically fit!
