Learn various meditation techniques through experimental practice in class. You will learn skills of how to create a solid meditation practice, with techniques that resonate with your personality. Also, covered is the practice of journaling and experiential learning from your practice, weekly discussions on how to deal with daily life distractions that create barriers in a focused daily practice. Meditation can aid in reduction of stress, anxiety & insomnia. It can also enhance your appreciation of life and your relationship with yourself and others.
•Wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal & pen for your journey.
