In just one evening discover a self-care routine, which will leave you feeling like you've been to the spa. This workshop will focus on massage techniques using tennis balls and breath work to release muscular tension. Participants will leave with a routine for a full body massage and other relaxation techniques to be practiced at home anytime. Bring to class: Yoga/exercise mat or a beach towel/blanket. Instructor will provide tennis balls.
