Restorative yoga is defined as “a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.”  In this Gentle and Restorative Yoga class, you will learn and practice poses to stretch and wring out any tensions from the day using therapeutic techniques and breathing practices designed to release anxiety and tension and bring in relaxation and comfort. Bring to class: water, mat, pillow, blanket, or blocks.
