Timed to prepare you for holiday entertaining, this two night class will give you eight different recipes to serve to your future guests. The first night we will prepare large yield, dramatic presentation dishes that can be placed on a buffet table to dazzle and be a grand hor d'oeuvre to peruse and enjoy. The second night we'll do the opposite. Making an assortment of small bite hors d'oeuvres to create a varied platter to offer your guests while they sip their drinks.
