Come learn how to avoid some of the most common mistakes when cooking fish and shellfish in this hands-on class; it's easier than you think so don't make it difficult! in this two night class, Chef Pascal will feature dishes such as flounder scampi, scallop scampi, seafood quiche, mussels marinara, fillet of sole stuffed with crabmeat, brown rice with pine nuts, scalloped potatoes, and vegetables of broccoli rabe and escarole.  A specialty salad will accompany the meal with lemon mousse for dessert. Bring to class:  apron, dishtowel and take home containers.
