Physically, Yoga can help develop increased flexibility, strength, and better posture. Mentally, Yoga can help bring one to a place of serenity. During this slower paced class, you will be guided through classic poses (asana) and focused breath (pranayama). You will learn how proper body alignment and the use of props can assist as you evolve in your own practice of yoga. Bring to class: Yoga mat, yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks (6"w), yoga blanket and a water bottle.
