As we continue to broaden your Italian culinary experience we'll proceeed with all new recipes. This hands-on authentic Italian style cooking will feature homemade manicotti with homemade Italian gravy. Then we'll add meatballs and sausage to the gravey for extra flavor. We'll compliment the meal with a specialty salad and prepare pizzelles for dessert. Our second night will feature a lazy lasagna and rice balls with a homemade marinara sauce. Our grand finale will be St. Joseph’s Pastries filled with a homemade cannoli cream. Do not eat prior to class since you will eat and taste all items prepared in class. Bring to class: apron, dishtowel, chopping knife and take home containers.
