A good scone is a wonderful thing.  It needs to be crunchy on the outside and flaky tender on the inside, tasting buttery and delicious. If you are tired of the "hockey-pucks" that are often sold and want to see how very easy homemade ones are, this is the class for you. Kim will demonstrate the basics then you will each make a batch to take home. Fresh blueberry or strawberry scones, anyone? We always think of scone's paired with clotted cream, so Kim will also demonstrate how to easily prepare home-made clotted cream during night two. Plan on bringing some home or eat it all with your scones from the night before!  Bring to class: apron, dish towel and take home containers.
