Grilling is a healthy and quick way to prepare food for an enjoyable eating experience. In this two night class you will fully participate in the preparation of grilled Caesar salad made with grilled romaine and homemade croutons prepared on the grill and dressed with a homemade Caesar dressing. Our main dish will be a grilled salmon for night one and a chicken, pepper, onion, tomato and pineapple skewer for night two. We will accompany the meals with a grilled vegetable medley of zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes. Let's not forget dessert, consisting of grilled foods of peaches, nectarines and watermelon topped with fresh whipped cream. Bring to class: apron, dishtowel, chopping knife and take home containers.
