Nothing tastes better when the weather gets colder than hearty bowls of soup. Does anyone ever have enough good winter soup recipes? In this hands-on two night class, eight different recipes will be prepared, then tasted at the end of the evening (or taken home!). Kim will include instruction on chopping techniques, flavor substitutions and freezing and storage. Chunky carrot Thai soup and hearty green bean minestrone are few of the recipes we will prepare.
