Any homemade treat is a welcome gift around the holidays, but a gift of homemade candy is unique and special. In this 2 night class, 8 different brittle and bark recipes will be prepared by the class. After Kim explains and demos the technique of working with sugar students will divided into pairs, each making their own batch of brittle. At the end of class, all recipes will be shared with the rest of the class, allowing you to take home a variety of the prepared recipes. Bacon nut brittle, bird seed brittle, and fruit & nut bark are just some of the recipes we will prepare and eat!  Bring to class: apron, dish towel, oven mitt and take home container.
