In the first night of this hands-on class you’ll discover how to prepare delicious recipes such as vegetable pulav, chicken butter masala, mung daal soup and a laddus (sweet balls) for dessert made with cracked wheat, sugar and cardamom. Night two you learn how to make Khichdi – a one pot easy to make meal with vegetables, mild spices, rice and legumes, eggplant curry, a side dish raita (yogurt and cucumber) and coconut laddus rice for dessert. Bring to class: apron, dish towels, paring and chopping knife, peeler and take home containers.
