For those of you who love the colors of fall foliage, this hike is for you! Hike about 6 miles with short scenic stops to strengthen muscles, build core and improve balance by using push ups, planks and yoga poses or rest and enjoy the view. We will spend the majority of time hiking to take advantage of the spectacular beauty. Appropriate for all, but must complete the hikes. Some hikes will be in Harriman State Park. Bring water, bug repellent, poles, wear sweat wicking clothing.
