Build awareness in the body and the mind! In this workshop series we will explore the energy centers along the central channel of the spine, known as The Chakras, or wheels of energy, where the mind and body meet. Sometimes symbolized as flowers, a specific chakra may seem more open and healthy, or in need of nourishment in order to bloom. Yoga Postures, Mantra, and relaxed breathing techniques, known as Pranayama, Breathing techniques for each area will be practiced so that that the mind and body can relax and feel healthy and whole!
