Pilates is a series of precise movements that work together to develop a strong core.  It is a total body workout that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.  The format is primarily mat work with some standing exercises. Instructor will provide small balls or bands as needed.  Bring to class:  mat, one pair of 2 lb. weights and water.
