GENTLE YIN/YANG YOGA (Sculpt, Tone and Restore)

In this practice students will use a yin approach (a slow pace with longer holds) to yang yoga postures, which build strength, endurance and flexibility.  Expect to strengthen and tone the whole body, including core in a thoughtful and accessible manner.  Students will leave the class feeling stronger, rested and more at ease in their bodies. This class is appropriate for beginners through advanced practitioners, who wish to delve deeper into the nuances of the postures.
