Yoga will help you develop flexibility, strength, endurance, awareness and peace of mind. The benefits of yoga are many! During this series, you will be guided through poses (asana) and focused breath (pranayama). You will learn how proper body alignment and yoga props can assist you, and keep you safe in yoga. Each pose will be held for a brief period before moving onto the next pose. We will do yoga as we learn and evolve in the practice of Yoga. Please bring: 2 yoga blocks (6"w), yoga mat, yoga blankets, yoga strap and water bottle.
