It's your choice...snowshoe, hike, or both!... while enjoying the beautiful winter landscape. We'll spend most of the time on the go for about 3 to 4 miles with possible scenic stops to do planks, pushups and yoga poses to build core strength and balance or to rest and enjoy the view! Appropriate for everyone but stamina is a must! Bring to class: water, poles, wear sweat-wicking clothing.
