This course will feature favorite Italian specialty items that all are sure to enjoy. In this 2 night class you will fully participate in the preparation of homemade pizza dough used for making plain pizza and others with our favorite toppings consisting of pepperoni, and onion. We will continue onwards in preparing some calzones with ham and cheese. Let’s not forget our Stromboli classics. Some stuffed with salami and mozzarella and others stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella. Come join us for a little bit of Italy created in your own kitchen. Bring to class: apron, towels, oven mitt, cutting knife and take home containers.
