In one evening discover a self-care routine, which will leave you feeling like you've been to the spa.  This workshop will focus on massage techniques using tennis balls and breath work to release muscular tension.  Participants will leave with a routine for a full body massage and other relaxation techniques to be practiced at home anytime.  Bring to class:  Yoga/exercise mat or a beach towel/blanket. Yoga can help develop increased flexibility, strength, endurance, better posture, as well as an overall feeling of well being.  During this series, you will be guided through classic poses (asana) and focused breath (pranayama).
